How does one order temporary media equipment? Anyone wishing to reserve AV equipment can stop by our office (UC 212), call (425-4197), or fill out an online request (https://helpdesk.utc.edu/footprints/media.html). We ask that reservation be placed at least 48 hours prior to time needed. Any requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be filled.
What are the options for someone using a non-smart classroom? Faculty, staff, or students who need AV equipment for a non-smart classroom can request equipment to be delivered on a portable AV cart. This can include items such as LCD projector, screen, computer (with mouse/keyboard), VCR/DVD, Mic System, document camera, and speakers. Additionally we also can provide several other types of AV equipment, such as conference phones, PA sound systems, speakers, AV cables, mixing boards, wired & wireless microphones, presentation clickers, large screens, and a karaoke machine. Do the computers in the UC 124 lab have Adobe Premier? No, but the iMacs have Adobe CS5 Design Premium, which does not include Adobe Premier. The suite does include Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Catalyst, Flash Professional, Dreamweaver, and Fireworks.

Why do I get kicked out of MyMocsNet (SSB, MyMocsDegree) so frequently? Athletics has too re-login 50-60 times a day. Student Systems is working with Athletics having them time the time out. We are unable to reproduce this issue.

Why am I unable to delete sports from students with compliance info populated in SGASPRT? This is a Banner delivered form, which does not allow deletion once the information is added. It does have a status field which can be inactivated. The real question here may be how to prevent those students from showing on reports. We are in discussions with athletics on this issue.

How come when I change my password in MocsNet, I can use the same password?  Passwords are synced on the server and you must first change to another password before resetting your password back to the original one that you had.
