UTCID

What is my UTCID and what is it used for?

Your UTCID is an unique identifier for everyone on campus. It is used to enhance privacy and increase protection against identity theft.

Students receive their UTCID when they are admitted to the University. The UTCID can be found on your acceptance letter or your Mocscard. Faculty and Staff receive their UTCID when they are hired at the University. The UTCID can be found on your Mocs card.

Students, faculty and staff can use the UTCID and it's password to access:

  • UTC Library from off - campus
  • UTC E-mail
  • MocsNet services
    • Access your UTC e-mail
    • Access your file storage
    • Publish your web page
    • View Grades and RAP sheets
  • UTC Online
**Please note, if you are an employee, your new UTCID does not take the place of your Personnel number.
