File Storage
P: Drive - The P drive is 200mb of storage space assigned to you for files and personal web page. All files saved in the P drive are private with the exception of files saved in the public_HTML folder. All files saved in the public_html folder are visible from the web.
S: Drive - is commonly known as the shared drive or department share. The space allocated for the S: drive is shared among the department. ITD recommends critical business documents to be saved on the S: drive.
How to access your storage?
To access the file storage off campus, login to Mocsnet at www.utc.edu and click on My Files. For help visit: http://itd.utc.edu/mocsnet/myfilesfolder.php
On Campus access:
Windows Users
- On a PC you will login using the Novell Client. Login with your UTCID and password. Note: make sure Workstation only is unchecked.

- This will map two network drives (P: and S:) in My Computer. The P drive is the personal space and web pages. The S drive is a department share folder.

Mac Users
- Mac users will login through the Finder. On the Finder window select Go from the menu and then Connect to Server.

- The server is shared.utc.edu. This will mount the P and S drives.
