New User Instructions for the ITD Database

After registering for the ITD database you will be able to submit requests for the help desk, networking, telecommunications, media resources and web and email requests for departments, organizations and indiviudals. You only need to register once.

For ITD requests (help desk, telecomm, etc): Click here.

For Media Reservations: Click here

For email requests for organizations, departments or individuals (not students or employees): Click here

At the login page click on New Users: Sign Up Here. This brings up the new user registration page.

  1. User ID is your UTCID (xxx123)
  2. Your LDAP password is your UTCID password (same as your e-mail password)
  3. Click GO! And remember, you only have to do this once. After this you will be able to login with your UTCID and password from the main page.


If your information is correct and current you will see:

It will then automaticly direct you to the ITD database
