  1. Open an internet browser (IE, Firefox or Safari) and go to http://www.utc.edu. Click on the "Go To MocsNet" button.

  2. Under the picture on the right side of the screen is a link to “Forgot Password.” Click on it.Mocsnet login screen with forgot password
  3. Enter your UTC ID
  4. Enter your Social Security Number
  5. Enter your Birthdate
  6. Click Verify My Information

  7. Choose a password with at least seven characters and it should contain a combination of Upper or lower case, numbers or certain valid non-word characters: - _ = , : only.
  8. Click Set Password
  9. Congratulations! You have now set up your MocsNet Account
  10. After waiting 15 minutes, Login to MocsNet via utc.edu
