  1. Go to the MocsNet login box at utc.edu

    2. myfiles
  2. Click on the link for Forgot Password/Help
  3. Go to Step 3 and Click on Change Password
    4. myfiles
  4. Enter your UTC ID
  5. Enter your Social Security Number
  6. Enter your Birthdate
  7. Click Verify My Information
    8. myfiles
  8. Choose a password with at least seven characters and it should contain a combination of Upper or lower case, numbers or certain valid non-word characters: - _ = , : only.
  9. Click Set Password
  10. Congratulations! You have now set up your MocsNet Account
  11. After waiting 15 minutes, Login to MocsNet via utc.edu
  12. Go to My Account
    13. myfiles
  13. Select Set Security Question
    14. myfiles
  14. Press ok
