Apple Wireless Setup

UTC students, faculty and staff will need to use their UTCID and password to connect to the wireless network.

  1. Students and employees connect to the "UTC" wireless network.
  2. After selecting "UTC" open a web browser. You will see a message about a certificate error. This is normal just continue to the next page.
  3. Open your browser and try to go to any web site. You should see a warning message about the web site security certificate. This is a UTC web site so it safe to continue to the web site.
  4. To register your computer click on the link under UTC USERS.
  5. On the registration page enter your UTCID, password, and select device type in the drop down menu. Click Download.
  6. You will be asked to download CSA.zip. Click Save File.
  7. Double click CSA.zip.

  8. Next double click the extracted CSA file.
  9. Once the software finishes installing it will open up a web page that explains if you failed to meet the requirements or passed.

UTC guests will need to get a guest account to connect to "Guest", contact IT Support at 425-4000 for assistance.
